Machine shop supplies · 16 lines · 8 categories

Sixteen part lines, each tied to the standard it has to match.

The whole catalogue on one page: CNC toolholders and ER32 collets through to class ZZ gauge pin sets. Every line names its standard, the basis the price is quoted on and the lead time it usually runs, so you know what you are asking for before you ask.

Bearings, knobs and springs. We supply the parts. We do not rebuild spindles.

Spindle parts page
  • Angular-contact spindle bearings

Matched pairs in P4 / ABEC 7 with a 15° or 25° contact angle. We will not quote one without both, and neither should anyone else.

Linear motion

Screws and the rubber that keeps chips off them. The wiper is the cheap part. Replace it first.

Not on the list

The part you need is not here. Send it anyway.

These sixteen lines are what shops ask for most. They are not the edge of what we can find. A collet nut for a 1990s holder, a drawbar spring for a machine whose builder shut down, a wiper for a saddle nobody makes anymore.

Photograph it with a tape or rule in frame and take three measurements: overall length, the critical diameter and the thread or bolt pattern. We name the standard it follows and come back with a current part, or tell you plainly that there is none and what the nearest option would cost you in rework. We will not send "close enough" on a spindle part.
